Though Its Bad Reputation For After Sale Customer Services, Micromax Has Become The India's Number One Smartphone Maker, Overtaking Samsung According to The Recent Reports of Canalys. Micromax Has Radical Increase in Its Smartphone Division Mainly During The Q4 2014 With The Shift of Mobile users to Smartphone Users.


With 22% of Mobile Market Share Micromax is Leading The Table, With Samsung Next to it With 20% of Share. India shipped a total of 21.6 million Smartphones in Q4 2014. 23 percent of these smartphone shipments were priced under INR6,000. Almost 41 percent of devices, were in the US$100 to US$200 bracket (INR 6,000 to INR 12,000). The Reason Being Here, Micromax Mainly Focused on 9000-12000 Range With Its Flagship's Like Nitro 301, Canvas Hue, and Many Others. Samsung is in No Place To Risk Huge Market Like India, So Atleast Now Samsung Should Think Deep and Act Before Pricing The Smartphone.Karbonn and Lava became the third and fourth smartphone vendors in India With Decent Amount of Shipments. Companies Like Motorola, Xiaomi, Asus Come Next.
