Lenovo has announced the A7000 smartphone, The Successor of its A6000 at the MWC 2015.Sports a 5.5-inch HD Screen, Powered by a MediaTek MT6752M 64-bit 1.5GHz Octa-Core Processor and It has a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop). Has 2GB RAM, 8GB of internal storage with expansion slots. As For The Connectivity Device Supports 4G LTE Bandwidths and Comes With Dual Sim Support. Will Be Made Available This Month, No Infor on Global Roll Out Yet.

Indian Government Bans The Import of Mobile Phones With Duplicate IMEI Numbers

The Indian government has banned the Import of Mobile Phones With Duplicate IMEI Numbers, The Reason Being is improving security and assisting tracking callers using different SIM cards. An IMEI Number Comprises of 15 Digits Unique Identification For Mobile Phones and appears on the operator’s network whenever a call is made. 

Director General of Foreign Trade:
GSM mobile handsets with duplicate IMEI or fake IMEI & 'CDMA mobile handsets' with duplicate ESN (Electronic Serial Number)/MEID (Mobile Equipment Identifier) or fake ESN/MEID are added to the list of 'Prohibited' items for import," 

Indian Cellular Association National President Pankaj Mohindroo:
We welcome any crackdown in fake IMEI or grey market. The implementation of this notification on gorund will have to be handled with great care so that ease of business is not hampered while curbing grey market,”

The Initiative Aimed at Checking For Cloned or Duplicate IMEI Number. Which are Dangerous and also Considered as National Threat to The Country.
