Features of HTC One M9 Smartphone

Gone are the days where you had to worry about the performance of your mobile. Thanks to the high sizes of RAMs, performance in the smartphones has increased a lot where they are on par with the performance of a laptop or desktop. HTC One M9, one of the recent launches from HTC is no less than stunning. It is packed with a collection of specifications to deliver performance in the best way possible. Here are some of the coolest features of the HTC one M9.

Quick Charge 2.0: HTC one M9 features Quick Charge 2.0 technology. It enables the phone to charge 60 % quicker than any other smartphones that were released prior to HTC one M9. When the battery falls under 10%, it provides you an option to use the mobile for hours after charging it for a meager 15-30 minutes.

Micro SD Card & Storage: One of the coolest features of HTC one M9 is that it supports Micro SD card, unlike iPhones and Galaxy S6 Duo. The memory is expandable to up to 128 GB besides the internal storage of 32 GB and 3 GB RAM. In addition to this, it also supports the new San Disk 200 GB Micro SD Card. In terms of cost of memory, HTC One M9 is cheaper and better than the iPhones. It also offers 100 GB cloud storage in the prestigious Google Drive. And one thing that we did notice is that M9 slows down when a high memory Micro SD card is inserted into a lot of content.

Performance: The HTC One M9 is the second smartphone that is powered by Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 810 processor. There were rumors about the massive heating of the processor before launching the phone, but as per the user reviews it looks like those rumors are baseless. All smartphones get heated to an extent, but HTC One M9 does not get heated to a point where it is unsafe and too hot to use. And it does get too hot only either during heavy multitasking or while playing high graphical games.
However, The 64-bit octa- core chipset has four 2.0GHz Cortex-A53 processors and four 1.5GHz Cortex-A53 processors.

Camera: Unlike its predecessors, the HTC One M9 has a 20.7 MP primary camera that is powered by Toshiba Sensor and the front facing camera is 4MP, which is powered by Ultra Pixel Sensor. In optimum light conditions, the output of photos is impressive. In low light conditions, it does not take pictures worth the money you spent on this phone. In whole, the camera is better than other smartphones released in the market in the price range of 40k to 50k.

Software: The software in HTC One M9 is powered by the Android Lollipop and the HTC Sense UI 7.0. HTC has customized the Lollipop a little and the themes can be installed to customize even more as you wish. The 5 inch full HD display provides you an excellent reading and video experience for hours as the battery of 2840mAh is utilized well by the software without any hindrance.

Click on menu button from BlinkFeed and choose settings in which there will be an option where you can completely remove it. Don’t worry you can add it later if you need it again.

Sense Home Widget: HTC has designed the sense U.I 7 in a great way though you won’t be noticing any major difference in first glance, But, the re-designed sense U.I introduces Home widget. Sense home widget is a specially designed feature that changes the app suggestions based on your location, all you have to do is just add the widget to your home screen and personalize according to your work/home locations. The widget arranges the apps in a neatly designed order, and it works perfectly, but, it takes some time to learn about your app habits. You can add/ remove widget anytime, similar to any other widget in Android smartphones.
Battery Saver: One M9 has enough battery capacity to last for the single day, but the company has also included a power manager/saver application by default to save some juice for critical conditions. The battery saver application will automatically start if the battery status is below 15%, but this also can be done manually, head over to system settings> power> battery saver and just click "ON". Ultra saving mode can save you from uncalled battery drains.

HTC Help Application:  HTC has included the help application. The help app comes pre-loaded with the huge database of some known issues that will be of great help to users. The diagnostic and troubleshoot tools will help locating the exact problem and also finding a solution. If in case everything fails, you can directly contact the HTC customer support directly via an app and the support team will take control of your device remotely and helping solving the issue then and there itself. HTC must be appreciated for their effort and knowing that they care about their customers problems.
