Motorola has launched the Moto X play smartphone in India after it went official globally. The device will be exclusively available via Flipkart which is expected and something obvious. Let's start with the specifications of the smartphone, The device sports 5.5-inches FHD(1080*1980) IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 615Soc clocked at 1.7GHz Octa-Core processor with Adreno 405GPU coupled with 2GB of Ram and 16/32GB internal storage with an SD card slot with memory expansion upto 128GB.

Moto X Play Coming To India Very Soon; Motorola Starts Teasing

Motorola has launched the Moto X smartphone globally last month on the same day Moto G(2015) launched in India. Apparently Moto X comes in two variants one is Moto X play, and the another one is "Moto X Style". The company is now planning to launch the device in India and few test units have also been imported as per the Zauba listing. 

To remind you, the device sports 5.5-inches FHD(1980*1080p) IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Motorola Moto 360 (2015) Officially Unveiled- Everything You Need To Know

Motorola has finally unveiled the Moto 360(2015) at IFA 2015. The all new Moto 360 comes for both Men and Women this time around and a Sports variant which will be available later this year. 

Starting off with the regular variant for men, which will be available in two different sizes, one with 46mm 1.5-inch LCD display with 360 x 330 resolution and packs 400mAh battery while the other with 42mm 1.37-inch LCD display with 360 x 325 resolution with 300mAh battery. 42mm variant specially made for women. All these variants will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 1.2GHz Quad-Core processor with 512MB Ram and have Corning Gorilla Glass 3 Protection. 

Motorola Moto 360 will be available in different design elements and the company says that it will be easy to change the watch's band much easier and the Moto maker option will be available which will help in customizing the smartphone watch according to self-liking. The Moto 360 has IP67 rating which is waterproof resistant so you can have the Moto 360 on you while taking the shower, packs Dual-Microphones, supports Wireless charging and has Ambient light sensor below the lower part of the display. Connectivity features include Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. It's obviously powered by Google' Android wear. 

Now the Moto 360 Sport variant which is basically aimed for fitness enthusiasts. It features GPS for better navigation and distance, packs a silicon waterproof Band, and has AnyLight hybrid display meant to offer better sunlight legibility, Hear-rate sensor.

Price ranges between $299.99 to $429.99 depending on the requirement. Moto 360 will be available for Pre-Order starting from today via Motorola.com, Google PlayStore. It will be available starting from late September at Nordstrom, BestBuy and Verizon. Motorola has finally launched the Moto G(2015) after series of leaks. The specifications of the device turned out to be the same as leaked. The smartphone sports 5-inches HD(1280*720) display with Corning Gorilla Glass Three protection. Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 410Soc clocked in at 1.2GHz Quad-Core processor coupled with Adreno 306GPU and has 1GB Ram with 8GB Rom, 2GB Ram with 16GB internal storage with an SD card slot for memory expansion. On the camera side, there is a 13-megapixel primary camera with LED flash and f/2.0 aperture and has Multilayer IR filter and a 5-megapixel front camera. The camera on Moto G(2015) is the same sensor that is used on Google Nexus 6. 

Connectivity features include 4G LTE, Dual SIM, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro USB port. The all new Moto G(2015) comes in two colors black and white, the company has also mentioned that Moto Shells will be available in various colors in the coming days. Moto G(2015) Listed on Flipkart; Confirms Two Variants

Motorola Moto G(2015) is gearing up to go official tomorrow along with Moto X(2015). As we are nearing to the launch we are now able to see some last minute leaks and surprise listings. The device got unboxed way before it is official revealing the box contents and confirmed specifications. The box pack comes in clean purple color shapes with various colours that the device is going to be made available is clearly shown. 

Box contents include a USB cable, Travel adapter, blue and pink back covers and the device itself, the screen film on the device list out some of the specifications like, 4G LTE, IPX7 waterproof rating, 13+5MP camera modules, 16GB of internal storage, Dual SIM. But from previous leaks we learned that the device will come with 1GB of Ram and 8GB of internal storage which indicates that the device will come in two different variants.

Motorola has been on the news for some time now, the company is busy in sketching new generation of Moto smartphones and is gearing up to launch them in the coming week. The device might come in different variants as we have been seeing many different specifications, but for now the video which got leaked showcases key feature of the smartphone which also include the specifications of the same, the device sports 5-inches HD 720p display with corning gorilla glass protection. Motorola Moto X(2015) Leaks Again; Shows Off Front Facing Flash

Motorola has been the victim of many leaks recently, A couple of days ago we saw Moto G(2015) live images surfacing online and a Spanish retail store briefly listed the specifications of the device. Today we get to see the all new Moto X(2015) that features a similar design with two front grills which are supposed to be speaker vents and narrow bezels, and in addition to this we are now able to witness a front facing flash which is new on a Motorola smartphone. 

The earlier leaks(posted here) suggests that the device sports 5.2-inches QHD SUPER AMOLED display with corning gorilla glass protection and powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 Hexa-Core processor coupled with 4GB of Ram and 32/64GB internal storage. There is a 16-megapixel primary camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel selfie shooter with LED flash. The device runs on Android 5.1.1 lollipop out of the box and has a 3280mAh battery.

Motorola Moto G-3rd Gen being leaked yet again, The smartphone is being listed on Spanish Retail site fnac.es. The device sports 5-inches HD display and has 2GB Ram which coincides with the previous leak. powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 610Soc clocked at 1.7Ghz Quad-Core processor which is new, as the previous leaks suggested that it will be powered by Snapdragon 410 with 1.5Ghz Quad-Core processor. Looks like we might be seeing various variants of Moto G-3rd gen. The listed reveals that the device is priced at 199 euros which is equivalent to $215 or 13,730. Motorola Moto G(2015) Might Go Official on July 28th, 2015; More Details Revealed

Motorola Moto G (2015) might be launched officially on July 28th, 2015 and is also expected to come with Moto Maker this new set of details leaks out of Brazil also bring few other details of the smartphone. A report from Brazil says that Motorola is aiming to launch the Moto G(2015) on July 28th and is also supposed to go on sale the very same day and is expected to enter the Chile markets later next month. 

Along with the official launch date, we now have the full specifications of the device which is expected to sport 5-inches HD(1280*720p) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and is  powered by Qualcomm's tried and tested Snapdragon 410Soc clocked at 1.4Ghz Quad-Core processor with Adreno 306 GPU. The interesting part would be the Ram, there will be two version among them one with 1GB Ram and 8GB of Internal storage and another variant with 2GB Ram and 16GB internal storage, do note the internal storage can be further expanded. On the camera side, there is a 13-megapixel primary camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel selfie shooter. 

Surprisingly, the Moto G (2015) comes with Px7 certification, meaning it will be water resistant up to 1m for up to 30 minutes, and it doesn't have any dust protection. The Brazilian price of the device is said to be around  BRL 899, which at the current exchange rates means $287 or €261, but then Brazilian markets always have the prices on the higher side so when it will be launched globally the price would be same as the current gen Moto G. Motorola Moto G-3rd Gen Press Images Leaks Online

A Couple of weeks ago we posted an article(Here) regarding Motorola Moto G-3rd Gen leaked images surfaced online along with the rumored specifications of the device. Today the press images of the smartphone surfaced online, last week's leak brought us the device in black color while today we can see it in white color.  Design wise the device look similar to Moto G-2nd gen, the dual front facing speakers are still present. The back of the device underwent some design changes, the primary camera, LED flash and Motorola logo are located on the metal piece, and the back panel has small patterns which are not looking that great.

Moto G-3rd Gen Video & Specs Surface Online

A couple of weeks ago Moto G 3rd Generation made a surprise visit via Flipkart but the listing didn't reveal any of the details regarding the smartphone except for the fact it will be a Flipkart exclusive. Moto G-2 was launched during July third week last year looks like Motorola is readying the third generation of Moto G. The smartphone codenamed Osprey, aka Moto G-3 has a youtube video today.0 The specifications are being revealed via CPU-Z application. Coming to specifications the smartphone will pack a 4.97-inches HD display with 1280*720p pixels and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 Soc clocked at 1.2GHz Quad-Core processor with Adreno 306GPU and 1GB of Ram. 

The AnTuTu site reveals the device will feature 13-megapixel autofocus primary camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front facing a camera. The Flipkart listing gave the detail about the storage which is 8GB and that can be further expanded via an SD card. The device will obviously run on Android 5.1.1 and supports 4G LTE, Dual SIM, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS etc. For those who care about the AnTuTu benchmark score, Moto G-3 scored 23,355 while the rest of the benchmark application scores are not known.

Going by the leaks the device will be ready for July launch and will be exclusively available via Flipkart. Price? Take a guess.

Motorola Moto X 2013 Lollipop 5.1 Update Rolled Out in USA, Brazil and Canada

Couple of weeks back Motorola software product manager David Schuster has posted on his g+ account that the lollipop 5.1 update for Moto X will be rolled out pretty soon. Just like he said that company today has rolled out the OTA update for Android 5.1 skipping the 5.0.2 which had a several issue. The update is now available to the users residing in the USA, Canada, and Brazil do note that users from other parts of the world will also be getting the update pretty much soon. The update will bring many design changes as the device is directly updated to 5.1 from 4.4.4, right from the lock screen to lollipop material design elements the U.I will completely look different from what the users have seen in KitKat. 

Regarding the Update David Schuster from Motorola posted:

"I am pleased to announce that we have started full deployment of the 5.1 Android Lollipop upgrade for Moto X (1st Gen) for US Retail, Brazil Retail and Rogers in Canada."

Users of Moto X 2013 are suggested to connect to strong WiFi while downloading the update and charge your smartphone at least 60% as the update process might take some time.

First Gen Moto X To Get Android 5.1 Update Very Soon

Motorola Mot X first gen users are so in luck as the leading Motorola Employee David Schuster has posted that the Android 5.1 update for the First gen X users will be rolled out pretty soon than expected. In his post on Google+, he says that the device is currently being tested using the Soak update in France and Germany. Users from USA and Brazil will get access to test the Update soon with full deployment later that week. He also mentions that the Carrier locked devices are being tested so that it shouldn't be a problem in receiving the update, however, carrier locked device might get the official update slower than the normal one's.

Motorola Moto X 3rd Gen Images Leaked

Moto-X that had its specifications leaked earlier has an image now. A Wooden back Moto smartphone has been leaked, do bear with us as the image is covered to protect the source of the leak. Motorola's Flagship Smartphones Specifications Leaked

Motorola has always used a 1080p panel for its smartphones while other companies are racing ahead with QHD display, so now the company is now finally going to introduce two flagship smartphones with QHD display and to be powered by Qualcomm based chipsets. The smartphones are being tested in USA by Verizon, the devices are code named as Clark and Kinizie. Right now, no details regarding the launch and price are known but we expect them to pass by in the coming days.

First Gen Moto E Now Receiving Android 5.1 Lollipop Update

Motorola has started rolling out the Android 5.1 lollipop update to First Gen Moto E smartphone in India soon after the second gen Moto E. The update comes with same build number as second gen moto E got, the update change log has been updated in Motorola's official blog. Users of Moto E(2014) will be getting an OTA update and if you haven't received update notification you can manually check for the update in settings.

Motorola Posted The Android 5.1 Release Notes for Moto X (1&2 Gen)

Motorola will soon update the Moto X both 1 & 2 Gen to Android 5.1 lollipop. The company has posted the release notes for the same earlier today indicating the update won't be a long wait. Moto X pure edition is also included in the listing, the first Gen Moto X which is currently on Android 4.4.4 KitKat will be directly updated to Android 5.1. Whereas the second Gen Moto X that is running on Android 5.0.2 will get the 5.1. Motorola has launched the Moto E 2015 aka Moto E 2nd Gen in India on March 10th 2015, the company has launched the 3G variant which is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 Quad core processor, during the launch Motorola associates mentioned that the 4G variant will also be launched soon, now the device is launched in India, the device sports 4.5 inch qHD display with 960 x 540 Pixels resolution and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chipset clocked at 1.2GHz Quad-Core processor with 1GB Ram and 8GB internal memory with SD card expansion. 5mega-pixel auto-focus primary camera and 0.3mega-pixel secondary camera, the device is 4G LTE enabled, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and usual set of settings installed, runs on Android 5.0 lollipop with stock U.I, 2,390mAh battery. Apart from the Chipset,4G the specs remain similar.
