And Not to Mention As This is Still in Developer Stage There Might be Many Bugs.

Steps To Install Windows 10 Technical preview:
- Head To Windows Insiders Page and Click Get Started
- Signup/Login Using Microsoft Account
- Carefully Read Terms and Conditions and Accept and Click Submit
- Scroll Down to and Click Phone
- Scroll Down and Click Get the preview
- Now Download Insider App to Your Windows Phone
- Once it's Downloaded Open App and Click Login
- Click Get preview builds.
- Here is An Important Step, You Have To Choose Between Receiving OS Updates as They're Released or After Some Bugs Have Been Fixed. Tap Insider Fast to Stay on the Bleeding Edge or Pick Insider Slow if You'd Like a Slightly More Reliable Build
- Read The Next page Instructions and Accept Them
- Go to Settings and Check for Updates
- Once You See Update Available, Click Install and Update
