Philips's New Device S398 Was Listed On Their Official Website Today in India. back in august S388 launched at 11,999. The New phone from Philips sports a 5 inch HD screen with MediaTek processor clocked at 1.3 Ghz runs on android 4.4. The device has a decent 8MP primary auto focus and 2MP front cam fixed focus camera. The all new S398 come with Dual Sim functionality also has 1GB ram and 8GB Internal memory and battery 2040mah capacity.
