Lenovo Vibe S1 with Dual Front Cameras Announced at IFA 2015

Putting an end to the rumors mill, Lenovo has finally unwrapped the new vibe series smartphones in IFA 2015 Berlin. Let's start with Vibe S1 smartphone which is made for the people who love taking selfies and will surely impress camera enthusiasts. The smartphone sports 5-inches FHD(1980*1080) IPS display and is powered by MediaTek Soc clocked at 1.7GHz Octa-Core 64-bit processor, 3GB of Ram and 32GB internal storage that can take in an SD card up to 128GB. 

Talking about the key highlight of the device i.e the camera, The rear features a 13-megapixel autofocus primary camera with Dual-Tone LED flash, On the front Dual camera setup with an 8-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel secondary camera that will  analyze the depth of field information, which will replicate human eye vision. Connectivity features include 4G LTE bands, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS and Runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with Vibe U.I 2.0 on top. A 2,500 will provide juice for the smartphone. Sony Xperia Z5 and Z5 Compact Powered By Snapdragon 810Soc Announced

Along with the Xperia Premium smartphone, Company has also launched two other variants with similar internals. The Xperia Z5 sports 5.2-inches FHD(1980*1080) display and is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810Soc Octa-Core processor with 3GB of Ram and 32GB of internal memory with an SD card slot for memory expansion up to 200GB. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium with 4K Display, Powered by Snapdragon 810Soc Unveiled

The wait is now finally over, Sony has officially unveiled the Z5 smartphone with many interesting and impressive features on board. Let's start off with the Display, the smartphone sports massive 5.5-inches TRILUMINOS display with  3840 x 2160 pixels resolution(4K display) resulting into pixel density of whopping 806 PPI just so you know this is the world's first smartphone to feature a 4K display probably. On top of that Sony is also including X-reality display Engine which makes the display top-notch. 

With 4K display on board, you can play YouTube videos directly in 4K resolution and also can play video stored in local SD card. Enough with the display lets come to Internals, the smartphone is powered by Qualcomm's snapdragon 810Soc with Octa-Core processor coupled with 3GB of Ram and 32GB internal storage but the storage can be expanded up to 200GB via an SD card. 

Talking about the camera, the premium Z5 features a 23-megapixel 1/2.3 Exmor RS sensor with F2.0 G lens primary camera. The front houses an 8-megapixel selfie camera and the company claims to have improved the picture quality over previous gen Z smartphones.

Interesting thing about the smartphone is the 3,430mAh battery as to how it will perform with a 4K display on-board but the phablet comes with Qualcomm's Quick charging 2.0. Huawei Mate S Official-Powered by Companies Own Kirin 935 chipset

Huawei has unwrapped the Mate S smartphone at IFA 2015 in berlin which is a predecessor of Mate 7 smartphone. The device fills the void the gap between 5.2-inches on P8 and Honor 7 and 6-inches P8 max. The all new Huawei's smartphone sports 5.5-inches FHD display with Force Touch Technology but only for specific markets. The display packs 2.5D glass meaning  a very good screen-to-body ratio. 

Powered by Huawei's own Kirin 935 chipset coupled with 3GB of Ram and 32/64GB internal memory with no SD card slot for memory expansion. Camera department features a 13-megapixel autofocus primary camera with Dual LED flash, f/2.0, OIS, and an 8-megapixel selfie camera with selfie flash for better selfies during low-light. on the rear side we have the much-improved fingerprint sensor. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1.1 on top of EMIUI 3.1 overlayed on top.

Asus Vivo Stick PC Announced at IFA 2015

Asus has announced the Vivo Stick PC which is running on win 10. This small gadget will transform your TV or any monitor into full fledged PC via an HDMI port. Intel has also come up with similar Dongle called as Compute Stick. Asus Vivo stick is powered by by a Intel’s 14nm Cherry Trail platform with 2GB of Ram and 32GB internal storage. The only con with this Stick PC should be the lack of an SD card slot as win 10 Operating system eats half of the space. 

The Stick PC has USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 slots to connect accessories, the MicroUSB port is used to charge the device. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and an HDMI port which is key port to connect it to a display. The Asus VivoStick comes in a Blue, White and Black colors and is priced at $129 (Rs. 8,540 approx.) although no information on availability is enclosed for now.

Oppo R7 Lite and R7 Plus Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 615Soc Launched in India

Oppo has launched the must awaited R7 and R7 Plus smartphones. Probably the most and highly anticipated pair of devices this year are now official in India.  The R7 smartphone sports 5-inches HD AMOLED display behind 2.5D glass and also has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection to prevent scratches. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 64bit Soc clocked at 1.3GHz Octa-Core processor supported by 2GB of Ram and 16GB internal storage, the SD card slot can either work as place for memory card or secondary sim, which mean you will have to use the second sim slot for SD card if storage is what you want or if you can compromise on that you can use the device with Dual SIM. 

   

R7 features 13-megapixel autofocus primary camera with a f/2.2 lens, LED flash, phase detection, the images that are taken using the camera are sensor 32% brighter and with 78% less noise; other features include flash shot, anti-shake technology, noise cancellation. The Oppo R7 runs on ColorOS 2.1, which is based on Android 5.1 and a 2,320mAh battery powered the device. The Oppo R7 features metal unibody construction with chamfered sides and sculpted profiles.

The Oppo R7 is priced at Rs. 17,990 and will go on sale from September 10th, the Oppo R7 Plus is priced at Rs. 29,990 and will go on sale from September 25th.
